Tuba Çınkı,

Çınkı was born in İstanbul in 1973. Having graduated from Sakarya University with a B.A degree in Business Administration, she left for London Academy to upgrade her skills and successfully completed a two-year certificate program in both English language and Computering.

1998, she launched her career in Henkel Turkey where she began her specialization as a Sales Support Specialist in The Polymerization of the Plastic Paint Department. 1999, she secured a position as a Sales Specialist to Merck Sharp Dohme Pharmaceuticals of which has a leading position in the international market. 

Until September 2015 she had been working for this company respectively in Senior, Executive Sales Specialist positions and throughout this period, having entered the top ten in Turkey five times, won several awards. After that, thanks to her expanding qualifications and experience, she was promoted to the position of Istanbul Asia Marmara District Manager, in which she successfully carried out responsibilities including team management, situational leadership, coaching and team members personal development.

During 2014, by participating in a collaborative project with Merck's Education Department, she herself provided personal development training in five provinces of all field and office employees. 2009, having completed the Product Management Certificate Program at Bilgi University, she took part in the process of presentation and marketing plans of a product which was to be launched into Turkish market.

2013, she took a Master’s Degree with honours in Integrated Marketing Communication and Management at Yeditepe University which she started in 2011.

Keeping a keen interest in innovation, belives in life-long and continuous learning, personal development and change, likes skiing, trekking, travelling and photography.
