He graduated from Gazi University, Faculty of Economics & Administrative Sciences, Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations. He started to work in the consulting sector, Alanyalı & Alanyalı HR Consultancy / Aims International. He gained experience in "Executive Search".

He worked as an Human Resources Management Specialist in Hyundai Assan. He conducted more than 5000 competency-based interviews. "Candidate Experience Design" was the one of his top priorities. He established the HR department at Teknoloji ve İnsan Kolejleri (Tink) and worked as an Human Resources Manager.

He worked as an Human Resources Executive at Migros. He is currently working as an HR Projects Leader at BNS Turkey^® and is giving trainings on "Behavior Oriented and Competency Based Interview Techniques".
