Mehmet Kayhan Kamal,
Born in 1959, graduated as Metallurgical Engineer from Istanbul Technical University Faculty of Chemical & Metallurgical Engineering.
He met the term Human Resources in 1985, while he was working within NETAŞ. During this period, he studied Business Administration in Istanbul University Institute of Business Administration. He tried to apply what he learned in “Organizational Behavior Sciences”, the class he liked the most, in his management life.
In 1989, he joined Toprak Holding and conducted as Planning Manager Budget Control – preparation work of Investments’ Feasibility.
He met logistics sector in 1998 when he conducted restructuring work of Türker Uluslararası Nakliyat Şirketi. In this period, he completed Istanbul Technical University Supply Chain Management Certificate Program with a degree.
In 2003, he started working in Vision Europe Eğitim ve Danışmanlık Şirketi and contributed directly to applications in HR. While he was a Consultant and an Educator, he adopted more the “Competences” side of Performance Evaluation, he designed software, as a result of the work he started in 2007 and completed in 2009, which makes detailed analyses of 360° Evaluations, and put it into practice on the web.
Kamal, who lives the experience of team awareness and developable individual skills’ attribution to teams and work results as he played actively volleyball in his youth, continues his activities in order to share his knowledge and experience in HR and to develop himself in the light of different thoughts.
