Hakan Demirmen,
Was born in 1962, in Izmir. Demirmen graduated from Bornova Anadolu High School and studied Fundamental Sciences Mathematics in Boğaziçi University, Business Administration in Dokuz Eylül University and Economics in Anadolu University.
Within the Coca-Cola company he worked for seven years, he was in Regional Manager, Training and Merchandise Coordinator and Marketing Manager. He owes many projects that he realized, to the vision he acquired as a result of the International Training and Fieldwork he got in this company.
Demirmen, who has advanced English, holds Lead Auditor certificate. For two semesters, he lectured Marketing to Economy University Master Students.
He worked as Aegean and Mediterranean Regional Manager in Turkish Pirelli Company, for three years, and his region took the lead in the first settled representation and the first dealership with services projects.
As a Senior Manager, he performed Strategic and Operational Leadership to important brands in the Fast Growing Consumer Market, such as Troy Pilsner, Pınar Madran, Feast Derin Dondurulmuş Gıda, Sobe Çocuk Butikleri, Mupi Mudurnu Piliçleri, Anadolu Birlik Örgütlenmesi, Iglo Dondurulmuş Gıda.
He worked as General Manager in charge of Production and Commerce, in Delta Tekstil, Ren Holding Jakarlı Tekstil operations and as Coordinator in charge of Sales and Marketing and Restructuring Processes, in Anadolu Birlik Holding.
In his business life, he provided important change and developments in all operations that he worked in, with his different point of view. He believes that crises are treasure chests which contain important opportunities.
Hakan Demirmen still gives Training and Consultancy services, provides Fieldwork and Organization services and special products to Industrial Food Market with Tunes Gıda Ltd. Concurrently, he is responsible of English Company’s Turkey Food production.
