Esra Aydın Öztürk,

Esra Aydın Öztürk born in 1972, graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Business Management, Business Management Department.  

Öztürk started her career in 1995, in Garanti Bank, and worked as a Manager of Branch Offices and Regional Manager in Interbank, Türk Dış Ticaret Bankası, Fortis Bank and Citi Bank A.Ş. during her 15 years banking career.  

Meanwhile, she realised project designs about management of Personal Marketing and SME portfolios, sales target and sales activities of the branches under her responsibility, development of existing customer relations, reaching to new customers, planning, branch operation and development of profitability. She carried out leadership, coaching and training work in order to evaluate personnel’s performance, apply sales plans for the review of periodic individual and team targets, and to protect operational policies and procedures.  

Whilst giving personal growth and sales techniques trainings to many groups and institutions in the sector, she also took charge in Aon Insurance and Reinsurance Brokerage and Consultancy firm’s business development department, in order to develop sales opportunities for core businesses of all sectors.  

Between 2012 and 2014, she advised groups which lease and provide management consultancy to Shopping Arcades and performed projects about purchase and sale of Shopping Arcades, retail brand and sale of Shopping Arcades to foreign funds, and also provided consultancy services related to preparation of lease projections for short and long term, fictionalization of re-lease operations, analysis of real estate market, formation of commercial real estate portfolio and purchase and sale.  

She coached and provided personal growth services and sales techniques trainings to sales teams of groups offering consultancy services about the incentives given to exporting companies by the Ministry of Economy, in order to bring in new exporting companies to their client portfolio.  

In her career of more than 20 years, besides her hobbies of travelling, skiing, horse riding and reading for her own personal growth, she trained in yoga, breathing techniques and bio-energy.
